Returns & Exchange
We have a 14-day return policy* (exceptions are listed below), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Please note that special orders will not be refundable or returnable and will automatically have an extended delivery time, depending on your request.
Damage and problems
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Exception / non-return
Unfortunately, we cannot accept promotional items, gift cards, or our custom-made products that are manufactured according to your specific wishes.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have; following our procedure, once the return has been approved by us, you make a separate purchase for the new item. You may contact us at email@example.com.
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and make the refund.
